Pick up time for this vehicle was critical and I made sure John understood that. He told me he had a driver near the pickup area and could pick it up easily before the deadline. He took my credit card number for a deposit. I asked if I would only be charged for the deposit after my vehicle was picked up and he assured me that was the case. After several days of hearing nothing I called back and was told I could not talk to John, that I had to talk to dispatch. Dispatch told me that the truck that was picking up my vehicle proke down but no where near the pickup state. The next several times I tried to contact them I was put on automated hold endlessly and never reached another person. The deadline came and went without hearing a word from these clowns. I then found out they charged the deposit to my account the same day that John took my credit card number.
