I was very unhappy with their service. The rep was very nice and courteous before I decided to go with them. I put down a deposit and was told that my car would be picked up on a Wednesday. That day came and went with no call's or emails. After multiple calls and hold time, I reached someone and they said that they could have the car picked up on Friday but it would cost more $$$$... They then said that this is their standard policy as the carrier may want more money than they origionally asked. I finally said okay and then I asked for proof of insurance.. they did not want to provide me with this. I finally told them to just give me my deposit back and I am going with another company. My car is still sitting there.....
