I chose Carmoza because the price was good compared to other companies and it was referred to me by a coworker. My car was picked up "on time", the driver was polite, and it was taken to its destination in a timely manner.

My problem with this company is lack of communication. When i drop over $800 bucks and trust someone with my car I expect a certain line of communication. When giving my credit card info to the rep, I was assured an appropriate standard of communication. I was told they would either pick the car up on a wednesday or thursday. I sent an email, call multiple times, and left messages that tuesday in an attempt to get an estimated date/time sine my family was stuck at home waiting to sign off on the car. No response at all Tuesday. I called 3-4 times and left 2 voice mails on Wednesday (one the days they were possibly picking up the car...) and NO RESPONSE until 4 pm to tell me that they weren't coming until Thursday. The car was picked up in a timely manner on thursday and the driver was extremely polite (Carmoza's redemption). But, when i called 2 days after that to check on how the relocation was progressing. The cycle of calls, voicemails, and even being left on hold for 6 minutes began. I was finally able to get through only for them to tell me the car would be dropped of that very day (which was excellent, it just would have been nice to know without jumping through hoops).

For the price, efficiency, and awesome drivers I give Carmoza an "A", but something definitely needs to be done about better communicating with customers. But then again, maybe this was a rare occurance as the coworker who referred me did not mention having this problem.
