Very often, people are quick to write up a bad review when something doesn't go as planned. I know, I've done it myself and felt that was my only form of retaliation. Well, this review is just the opposite, as I am writing this to praise Carmoza for the recent transport of a vehicle from New Hampshire to Connecticut. I requested that the vehicle be picked up at a specific time which the driver showed up 5 minutes early to. I also requested that the car be delivered the same day if at all possible. I couldn't be given a guarantee to that request, but they did it anyway!! The driver delivered the vehicle early the same evening of the pick up. I was extremely pleased with the service from start to finish. Beth Feldman is the rep that I dealt with and was awesome! I had received an email price quote which Beth quickly told me it looked a little high. After looking into it, she came back with a price quote $125 less than the original quote! She was a pleasure to speak with and very personable. Hats off to Carmoza, LLC for employing some top notch folks!! I will definitely be calling again when I need to move another car.
