Car was damaged and filthy upon delivery!

Carmoza treated me like I was trying to commit insurance fraud when I submitted a claim on my vehicle. This was after they dragged their feet claiming to be working on it for a month. Basically, they try to blame the carrier and the carrier denies responsibility and the customer just gets screwed.

Bill Stevens treated me like I was worthless. Never mind the fact that I was a paying customer. Spending $1200 to transport my car I think deserves a little bit of respect. He claimed that the CEO of the company, Peter Fong, reviewed my case and basically said that my claim was bogus.

I hope that anyone who reads this will never use Carmoza.
