Make sure you are clear as to what you can pack in your car before you ship. My drivers wanted extra cash saying the weights were heavier than expected. They waved it due to a two hour delay from our scheduled meeting. I'm glad for that. I would have had to run to an ATM late into a work evening. Something I didn't want to do. Overall, the experience was fine. Don't ship heavy things in your trunk I guess.

Maria was great. She took control and got guys there to pick up the car faster than expected. Other companies had a hard enough time replying to my e-mails.
