I had to fly into Las Vegas to pack up the house and ship the wife's car to FL. I only had a 3-day window before having to return to work. I had shipped two vehicles with Car2Transport just 3 months ago and had no problems. Called for an estimate on Oct 19 and spoke with Jean. I really stressed the 3-day window ending Oct 29 and he assured me that dispatch was on top of it. I flew into Vegas on Oct 26 and had not heard anything from Jean. I got very nervous by Oct 28 and emailed for an update. Then called. "They are working on it." Several emails and voicemails later, I finally sent a strongly worded email to Jean, telling him to have his supervisor call me. We are flying out Sunday morning at 7:00. Ely emails me on Saturday at 10:58AM, tells me she will be in the office at 1PM and will call me ASAP. At 2:00, I call her. She tells me a driver will call me within 2 hours. Nothing. Call back and they apparently closed the office. I am totally hung out to dry. By the way, they already charged me $300 for their "service". You would have thought they would have the decency to let me know they could not fulfill their agreement. My wife is ballistic. She is threatening to hire a lawyer. She is retired and has the time to pursue this. She will make their lives miserable. DO NOT BE STUPID! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
