Update to the previous review.
After I filed suit in California Small Claims ($195 broker fee and $5000 for loss of use) and placed complaints with Colorado BBB, California Consumer Protection Agency, Federal DOT and FTC Mary began to call us with quotes.
She did not provide any sort of e-mail communications that provided a guaranteed quote and/or deliver schedule.
The responses are likely a CYA maneuver by Car Transportation USA to attempt to deflect the BBB, CTC and small claims lawsuit.
There is no guarantee with this company and the fact that they posted full names in their response show how disreputable they are.
We have since secured transport with A-Z Transport for $900. A-Z allow credit card deposit, provide a guaranteed quote and pickup window.
DO NOT USE Car Transporation USA. They are scammers.
