I had an excellent experience from the first conversation I had with Mary through the delivery and communication with Victor who was the car carrier driver.
They were attentive, honest and communicated every detail throughout the transition.

When Victor got to the location, my 85 yr old mother in law was alone and so Victor drove the vehicle himself up the narrow road to the house and then walked back up to where the truck was parked. My mother in law felt extremely safe with him and invited him in for a bottle of water or soda, which he did not accept.

Afterward, Mary followed up to see how everything went and wished us well.

I would use this car carrier company again in a minute if needed. I felt safe that my vehicle would arrive in the same condition it was picked up in. highly recommend using them. Satisfied Customer
