Car Transportation USA, LLC is a transport broker. It is quite different than an auto transporter. What a transportation broker does is take a fee up front, then posts your hired job out on a loader board in hopes that someone will pick up the job. If your quoted job is not picked up in a reasonable amount of time, the quote that was priced out to the customer may be forced to adjust it such that the job happens. I found myself contacting Car Transportation from the 3rd day (bumping up the price from $330 to transport to $350, as well as changing destination cities). On the 5th day, I was getting nervous and contacted Car Transportation again. The dispatcher assured me he would call around and find a driver. He did, however the price went from an original quote of $330 to a final price of $400. Car Transportation USA assigned me to All Ways Auto Transport, LLC. It was at this time that I realized the company I thought I was doing business with isn't the same company who is transporting my vehicle So the ratings I had read previously about Car Transportation USA, LL, which were high, did not mirror the ratings of All Ways Auto Transport were average. Needless to say I was concerned. While my car arrived later than originally anticipated, I can tell you All Ways Auto Transport's driver and I were in constant communication. He went above and beyond to deliver my vehicle to me at my home instead of the agreed upon major city. I would recommend Car Transportation USA and All Ways Auto Transport to anyone, as long as they understand fully what is entriely involved.
