The company verbally promised a pick up date. Once the deposite was in they changed the date to about a week later. And of course the deposite is non-refundable. The pick up/delivery dates were not flexible at all. The delivery date was so much later than promised and so had to be changed. Even though a change of address had been confirmed, they still delivered it to the wrong address. I was not happy with one aspect of their service. Do not use this company. There are much better ones out there.
