I was contacted by Chad (no longer with the company) and set up a Dec 13th pick up of my car in NJ. I had to send $100 deposit using http://paynow.biz/mZab where the cash is sucked out of your bank and you do not have any way to dispute it.I was worried when I had no contact regarding the transport and contacted Chad by email and leaving messages . He responded to me on December 24th that he was no longer with the company and that I should contact Russ the Owner at ( 303)220-0876 which I did I was given a description of what a broker does and how they have no responsibility in the case of a non pick p as they do not =drive the trucks. I asked for my car to be transported as I had contracted and Russ said if I paid a premium they would get the job done I said no . Now it is another week later.I canceled the job and received on Dec 29th In this they are prompt. a email from Chad who was no longer at the company HUMMM... stating that the job was canceled. I have asked to have my $100 dollars returned and have heard nothing.I would not do business with this company I fell for the bait and switch pricing and lost a deposit. Jane T Lee
