Great at first but

Ted was great at first to work with but then it changed. He told me to call the Saturday before my estimated pick up window to get a date. At that time, he couldn't give me a window, just told me def not Monday, he thinks... he said he would call Monday. He didn't, I called him. Finally got a text from the transport guys giving me a window for Tuesday. They told me they would call an hour before to give me a heads up. Instead I got a text saying they were at the meet point. I had to rush over. They told me it was two guys and they would arrive in CA Thursday or Friday as they were driving through the night. That made me confident that my Sat (4/28)-Mon (4/30) would be on target. Unfortunately that never happened. On Monday since I got no call or no car, I called and Ted gave me his dispatcher number. That guy told me I should have never been promised that delivery window and that I probably would get it the next day. Also said I would get a call that night for delivery. That didn't happen. I called again the next morning and they sent me to the LA dispatcher. I talked to him and asked if they could deliver to my work since I was in training. He said no problem. Later that day he told me I would get delivery between 330-430 and at 230 he would know a better time. 230 came and went and no call. I called him at 3 and he was working on it. At 430 I called the delivery guy because he gave me that guys number. He was on the freeway going to my home address and would be there at 6pm. There was no discussion apparently about the 330-430 delivery. He got there and tried to charge me $50 more than what my agreed upon price was!! I told him sorry but that's not in the contract, gave him the money and walked away. DO NOT USE THEM!
