Neil was very courtesy and thorough. Everything he presented and said happened. When he said it would be two days, I was a little worried as the car was at a airport parking and if they were late that would cost me. The car was picked up just like Neil said. The dispatcher and then the driver called me. I was able to check with the driver to get a rough arrival time. They were great as was the price. I would highly encourage anybody to use them.
