I recently had my classic car transported and the service from this company was excellent. I had no idea what to expect and the representative James assured me that I was in good hands. When the driver called me to arrange the pick-up, he showed up within the time promised instead of some "window time" estimate. He was extremely professional and couteous. He also assured me that my car would be ok and he even delivered the car earlier that I expected. Great customer service thanks to Keena. She took the time to call me back when I had some questions she couldn't answer when placing the initial order. I would use this company again and what's great about them which is a plus is the "door to door" service promise.
