Excellent company from initial quote from Mr. Salas to dealing with a small issue at the end, which was resolved to my satisfaction QUICKLY. I bought a beautiful 1990 one owner Cadillac with 32K in SC, needed it shipped to WI and was very apprehensive about the transport. After dealing with SEVERAL companies and quotes, I received a quote from Car Transport Express agent John Salas. He could not have been more professional, and I hung up the phone with the feeling I made the right choice. The car was p/u in Spartenburg, SC at 330p on Monday, and was delivered to our driveway at 700p Tuesday night! That's right, in just over 24 hours, and 1050 miles, it was here w/o any damage and was transported by good equipment and knowledgeable drivers! There was a slight issue with a $50.00 discrepancy over the cod fee due to the driver, but I paid it knowing that in Mr. Salas I was dealing with a "stand up" agent. I sent an email to Car Transport Express last night, and this morning received a phone call from a very polite female employee advising me they got my email, and my credit card would be credited for the $50.00 discrepancy immediately. Based on my experience "don't" shop around for transporters, and "don't" go with the lowest price quotes you will receive via email! You get what you pay for, and for me, Car Transport Express, "DELIVERED" with speed and professionalism!!
