My review is for the salesperson more so than the compnay.Originally we were with Crowley Auto Transport which was bought out by Car Shipping One. The difference maker was Bob Rose he explained the process step by step and set a quote that moved our vehicle in a timely maner. We called on a Thursday and by Saturday a transporter was available to transport our vehicle. Due to a communication breakdown on our part we missed that transport. It was a holiday weekend so we had to wait until Tuesday to re-start the process. On Tuesday morning I contacted Bob Rose and explained the situation. Tuesday afternoon we received a call from a dispatcher informing us there was a transporter available to transport our vehicle the next day. The vehicle was picked up Wednesday morning and made it the assigned destinaton on Friday afternoon. Overall we were very please with the level of customer services received from start to finish.
