Took payment in full - never scheduled a pick-up

I compared multiple bids, Car-On-A Truck was average. I scheduled with a weeks notice and paid in full when the order was placed. On the scheduled day for pick-up, I never heard anything. I tried calling and sent e-mails with no response. I tried again the next day - still waiting. I have now moved out of my house and the car is still sitting there.

Absolutely do NOT use this company if you are on a schedule - they are not. They have abysmal customer service.
