The company underbid. No transport truck co. is going to transport my nonop vehicle, reno to denver, for thier final cut, of $450, this info provided by another broker. Caronatruck initially told me 7-10 days for "assignment". I called twice, after giving them $250 deposit. The last time was, day 9 or 10. I was assured assignment would take place, as promised."probably will be assigned today, or tommorow latest." 15 days after initial contact, not having transport co. assignment, as promised, and no word , one way or another from caronatruck, I've contacted my bank, to have charge contested, and get my deposit back, and not at all sure I'll get it, and have to start all over, to find someone else to ship car.
Reading other reviews, unfortunitly, after contracting with caronatruck, I took note of title "how do they stay in business ?" Depending on our form of payment, if they get away with our deposits, just a few times, it's pure profit, they haven't provided any service, it does't cost them any" penalties" to give our money back, if and when they are forced to. If it did, they would stop this intentional practice. That my fellow consumers, is their "motive", in my opinion. My advice is never do business with CarOnATruck, period, and never do business with any transport co. without reading reviews from customers, first." Eyes wide open" Good Luck!!!
