Bad service from Jayhawk

Jayhawk took my deposit and as the deadline approached, no one called or emailed me. Finally, on Monday of the week that I was to be in Florida, I called them to see what was up. They seemed to know nothing of my order, but then proceeded to dispatch a driver then. He called me on Wednesday, and could not guarantee that my car would be in Florida when I would be by Saturday.

I contacted Jayhawk about getting a refund, and they were very quick to point out that since "I" cancelled the order that there was a $250 cancellation charge (my deposit). I find it very odd that now it looks like "I" cancelled the order when if it weren't for me checking up on them in the first place, they wouldn't have even done anything. I think they cancelled service on me by not keeping to their promise. Their inability to perform should be noted here, and if I were you stay away from them by all means. It's too bad I can't give them a Zero Star.
