I had the EXACT experience with this company as another reviewer!! I preordered shipment of my car from West Coast to East Coast one month ahead of time and the company NEVER contacted me. It says on the website that its usually 2-10 days that they will contact you to schedule. Nobody contacted me. They purposely don't give you contact numbers and when you call its a voice message. The only way you can contact them is through their email and they use the same message. It's a $100 cancellation fee if you cancel before the 15 day period from your first available date. Then they'll give you your money back 2-9 days after they process it. I don't understand how this is a legitamate company. DO NOT SHIP YOUR CAR WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
