It's been a month now and we still have not had our car picked up. They were paid in advance. They did schedule us once but never showed up. We got an email (no phone call) that evening telling us about a weight problem. Meanwhile, my mom waited all day for them to show up when it was evident they knew by 10:00 that morining that they would not be able to take our car. They will not correspond except though email. Their headqurters is in Tempe, AZ (480) 921-1318.
