I signed a contract back in May 08!!! and after a month, my vehicle still remained at its original destination!! They never even contacted me.. Instead I was calling every other day to see what progress had been made! After another 3 weeks rolled by, I was fed up and said now or never. LIZ then stated that the charge was no longer $800, but now $1100. She had finally located a carrier to move my car. They wanted to pick up my car and place it in a "transporting facility". I felt that this information was also false, and I cancelled the order. I was told that I would receive a refund and till this day SEPT 08, I HAVE YET TO GET A REFUND! I am IRATE.. instead of a refund they CHARGED ME AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! I have reported this to the Attorney General's office for the state of FLORIDA.. for all of you that this has happened to as well, I WOULD HIGHLY advise that you do so as well!!!!!!!!
