Charged deposit TWICE

NEVER use this company. First I contacted a sales rep called Maria more than one month prior to my first available date. She said they could pick up on the first available date or one date before or one day after the date 'for sure'.(but the contract never promised such a thing) I paid deposit.
Then, no one came to pick up my car around the first deivery date, though I waited for another several days. I cancelled my order and asked for refund. (I asked another shipper, they are really nice). Carmovers agreed the full refund of my deposit on Jul 28. But never returned my money. I called them again and again (they rarely pick up phone and customer service email address is not available). Then, finally, they sent me an e-mail confirmation of refund on Aug 6, promising they would refund within 5 - 10 business days. But they never returned my money and I e-mailed them on Aug 27. Then they e-mailed me back saying they are very sorry, and they will return my money within 48-72 hours. Now, it turns out that they actually CHARGED the same amount instead of credit to my account. Now they charged twice. I've never experienced such a horrible service. It is a mistake that a business should never make.
