I wish to God I had read even a couple of the reviews on this pathetic excuse for an auto transport company - actually most of the reviews are pretty nice compared to what I would say if I could! I was first informed by the smooth-talking Juan (the only one there who CAN talk) that my truck would be picked up by 6-25-08 but probably 6-20 or 6-21. Price would be $775 and I would need to pay a "deposit" of $125 by cc to "be sure it would be picked up timely". After not hearing a word from this bunch for 2 weeks, I spoke to Juan, who informed me of the increase to $925 and that, if this was OK, they would "try to get someone to pick it up ASAP". Stupidly, I told 'ol Juan this would be acceptable, because I figured it would still be p/u sooner than if I started over again with another company. Boy, was I wrong! From then on these lying Lemonade Stand wannabees gave me one excuse after another, lying to me, the car dealership where the truck was, you name it. They even tried saying that the truck was modified (where they got this, who knows - probably one of their standard lies/excuses). Last I heard from these jokers was 7-8, when they were extremely rude about my daring to talk to the driver, who said he was going to deliver it 7-10. Well, I rescheduled my appointments for that dat; it came and went and (What a surprise!) not one of those arrogant morons bothered to even call. However, when the dealership called them to see what the hell was happening now, they were told that yes, I had been notified. I'm sure this sounds all too familiar to anyone who has had the bad fortune of trying to deal with a bunch of lying half-wits!
