I wish I had found this site before. I would have never entered into a contract with Car Movers USA.

Car Movers USA is the worst ever service I've encountered. I contracted them to ship my car from Folsom, CA to Pittsburgh PA. As in case of any business, the company personnel were very prompt in taking a deposit. However, when it came to giving status or scheduling a pick-up or even talking with customers, the company personnel were very unresponsive. Instead of having a point person, they have some 5 different people handling different things and one has to constantly repeat the case.

It is a week past since the pick-up date. And yet, I don't have any confirmation or a clue as to when my car will be picked-up. It is very dis-heartening as the contract was never honored. I had to leave my car back in CA as I had to fly out to attend an important meeting. Now, I am forced to make an extra trip to ensure my car is properly shipped.

After several attempts to reach the agents, I finally get a call. I was hoping it is a confirmation. However, the dispatch agent (also the owner) does not have any reasonable idea of when the car can get picked-up. The owner then finally reveals that I need to pay more to get my car shipped from Northern CA. I was shocked as not a single word was mentioned at the time of taking the order.

To make matters worse, instead of listening to my grievance, the owner threatened to cancel my deposit. Yesterday, I told him that I will cancel my contract if Car Movers cannot schedule a pick-up by the end of the day. Not even a word or follow-up. This morning, I canceled my contract and am crossing my fingers and hope that I will get a refund. What is stated in the contract and what the owner says is conflicting. If I don't get a timely refund, I have no other choice other than go to BBB.

I am very very surprised as to how one can conduct business with extremely poor customer service and poor ethics.

I highly recommend AGAINST using Car Movers USA.
