How does this company stay in business?

This is the worst company that I have ever known in terms of honesty, integrity, rudeness, indifference and over-all customer service.
The pick-up was late and the delivery which the company originally said would be made in 5 or 6 days took 19 days. The company was notified in advance that if delivery was not made in 11 days that there would be no-one available for taking possession of the vehicle since I had a trip planned.
I was told to call them when I returned. When I called, they said that the car would be delivered that day which it was not. At this point I was wondering if the car would ever be delivered.
I called the FL office and spoke to Anthony who I understand is the owner of the company he blamed me for the late delivery and hung up on me when I disagreed with him.

The customer service person, Matt, was very responsive and did the best he could to facilitate delivery of the car. He was the only one in the company that seemed to be honest and had integrity.
I would advise Matt to find another job with a reputable company because he did not seem to fdit in with the rest of the company.
As reported, the car was finally received 19 days after pick-up and came back with various scratches and chips which were not there before. In addition, globs of grease were found on the car presumably from cars that were carried above mine. The car had numerous extra miles that were driven by the movers for whatever reasons.
When the new scratches were pointed out to the carrier, the driver said that all the damage was present when it was picked up. I saw the form which the driver completed and he just indiscriminately had marked to cover himself for any future damage during transit.

I would never use this company again and I would highly recommend others not to use them either if they do not want to have a bad experience with unreasonable people.
