I signed and paid for a contract with this company on 2/12/08 to have my vehicle transported from Vermont to Washington. The cost for my car transport was a $1049.00 with a deposit of $150.00 given toward the total cost of the transport. I was given a Job No. and transport date for 2/26/08. Since I had not received any further contact from the company I decided to contact them on 2/25/08. When I called left numerous messages, I never once received a return phone call. I finally spoke with Anthony from dispatch. He is nothing but rude and hangs up on you. Story short. This is a Bogus company with rude dishonest employees. I recommend that you never do business with them. But if you have and find yourself scammed by them, you can take action. I called the Better Business Bureau in my state and was told that this company is not recommeded by them, as they have many bad ratings from consumers for their poor business management, customer relations and costomer service. I was then referred to contact the Attourney Generals office in Florida. They are taking action for me and I would highly recommend you contact them as well. The number is 1-850-488-2221. This bad company needs to be stopped before they can steal from the next person who needs reliable service.
