I can not say enough good things about car-go auto transport in phoenix arizona. while they are an operator/broker, they were forced to broker our new york to phoenix transport a couple of week's ago. their attention to detail,willingness to accomodate our initial but changing pick-up date, real time communication and overall great proffessionalism was incredibly refreshing and impressive. this up to, and including personal delivery of our vehicle due to major issue's with the ultimate carrier they brokered our trip to which was (exotic transport). the last time I checked, out of the multiple auto transport's wev'e done over the year's, 24 hour advance notice is pretty much customary on a head's up from a carrier to the customer on anticipated delivery time. In our case that did not occur from Exotic Transport. Instead we had two instance's of communication with the driver on the same day he wanted to drop our vehicle. we were not available to accept the vehicle at his self imposed drop time of 6:oo pm on a friday night, with the location about 45 minute's from our residence. 24 hour's advance notice of his intention would not have changed our pre-planned business dinner plan's for his self imposed drop time, but it would have given him ample time to adjust his delivery schedule in our area averting this hellish in the end scenario he created for car-go auto transport, but most importantly for us, the paying customer. not bending at all to accomodate car-go or ourselve's, tom dishong owner of car-go auto transport solved this uncalled for problem by suggesting he receive our vehicle from exotic at his facility, and personally drive it to us the next morning. tom did exactly that, with no expectation of additional compensation. While the exotic driver did have some complicating weather and resulting mechanical issue's due to it on his trip from new york to phoenix, that doe's not catapult him into deciding the when's and where's of a delivery. that driver's control of this particular situation and his customer service, or lack of it skill's will not be bringing me back to Exotic ever again. Cr-Go auto transport has well earned my future business, and I'm sure they will your's too.
