My SUV was shipped from NJ to Las Vegas, by this company. During the shipping their driver had an accident in NM and it caused me 15000$ worth of damage to my 2 year old Mercedes SUV. The type of insurance that they use wanted to pay me 4000$, after discussions for several months I ended up getting the repairs paid through my own insurance. Now my car has a seriously damaged Carfax report and they should pay the diminished value of the SUV resulting from damage., which I am entitled to under NM law. I am not comfortable driving a SUV with severe damage and I want to sell it, however I am getting about 10,000 $ lower, than what I would were the SUV not damaged by them. The company conveniently argues that I should claim from their subcontracted driver, or from their insurance carrier, with whom they have not purchased insurance that would cover such damage.

This is the absolute worst company to use, they use inadequate insurance, and if your car is damaged enroute, God help you, because they will shrug off responsibility.

Our customer, Reitu Agrawal, placed an order with us that was scheduled for an estimated pick up in New Jersey and a delivery in Nevada. Yashal Agrawal was the person receiving the vehicle in Nevada I received a call from the driver stating that he was in an accident that resulted in our customer's vehicle having damage to his roof. I immediately informed our customer and got him in touch with the carriers insurance company. Over the next couple of weeks, we stayed in touch with our customer to make sure he was being taken care of. One of his concerns was involving a "diminished value" that he himself felt was owed to him. He came up with a figure that both his insurance company and the carrier's insurance company determined was not justified and would not be covered or paid. After pointing out that Car-Go didn't have any say as to what the carriers insurance company or even his own insurance company decided regarding this matter our customer decided that he would make "inaccurate and unjustified " negative reviews wherever he could in order to make Car-Go pay him what neither insurance company would, the diminished value of an additional $10,000. Car-Go has stood by our customer throughout the entire "damage" claim process until it became very apparent that nothing would make our customer happy unless the "diminished value" was going to be paid, and he didn't care by who just as long as it was paid
