Misquoted Boat Transport- CAR TRANSPORT WOULD NOT MAKE IT RIGHT !

Called Sierra to get a quote on supplying movement of my Boat from Kentucky to Florida. Car Transport quoted $4500. on Order 445999-JZ. All Information was supplied and a window was supplied to pick it up. I flew from my residence up to Kentucky. Prepped Boat for Transport and called Car Delivery to coordinate pick up and The phone operator said fine and asked on how I was going to pay for it. I mentioned that they had my Card on file and then said that the Haul would cost $8,000.00 and I was floored over it! I stated the previous quote was in place but the operator would honor it due to the person quoting it made a mistake.! But said they would make efforts to find a better deal on contact me back. An apparent supervisor level person called me and said they had found someone fro $7400 which still was unfair and mentioned this would be the best they could do and they would send me an updated quote which never happened. Got online and supplied same information to another vendor as I did to Car Transport and was quoted $5900.. Very Disappointed and will convey this to other sources of consumer reviews including Better Business Bureau.
