Classic bait and switch with false promises. THe promised date of pickup came and passed. Then a promise of 4 days later, but the driver wanted more money. I cancelled and followed the procedure, but never got the $150 refund. Was told it was sent to the wrong address, that they would cancel the check and send another. At least 20 calls, with waits up to 30 minutes. I've turned it over to the fraud division of my credit card company. Sorry I didn't read reviews beforehand.
