I bought a car at an auction and had to ship it to FL. i CALLED OTHER COMPANIES instead of Capitol because the price was too low(650) and seemed fishy. I checked my voice mail and gave the 866 number a call back(eventhough i booked with another company). My Representative was a young lady named Terri answered all my questions and showed the upmost integrity and determination to help me and my fiance, I gave thought this seems LEGIT! indeed it was. I was picked up on time and the driver brought my car as purchased in mint condition. I truly appreciate the dispatch department calling me and explaining the process of my vehicle without giving me the run around. My vehicle was picked up as planned and delivered in the time frame I was told and agreed with.
