I regret to have to write this review.

I received at least 5 quotes in Sept for p/u of a car in nj at end of Dec. for delivery, on Dec. 31. Capital T&L was the lowest price, allowed the most luggage by weight, and was the only one to promise delivery on the day I wanted it, and claimed the best insurance. Price quoted was $600 with a p/u on Dec 27. Order was placed in early Oct. with a $150 deposit.

Some emails were exchanged and answered promptly prior to p/u date. But there was no followup confirming pick up just prior to p/u date. In fact, there was no contact on 12/27. Emails to them produced no response. Calls to them the following day were always, we'll call back in 15 minutes, 30 minutes, one hour, and then by close of business. None of these calls were ever returned.

On the evening of 12/28 I cancelled the order and in the morning of the 29th I placed the order with another company. 15 Minutes later they called me back and said someone would p/u my vehicle that evening but would cost me $225 more, so now I had to pay $825. Believe it or not, I stayed with my original order with them as the actual transportation company called shortly afterwards, came before noon, and delivered the vehicle on the revised schedule.

These guys are brokers, used the excuse that it was a busy route . Oh what a surprise, NY to Florida is busy in December. Probably was never that way ever before.

They should refund my deposit monies or should just pay me the difference from their original quote to what I was charged, plus I had to rent a car. I have worked hard money contracts all of my life and I know that shit happens. Well, if you want repeat business you honor your quotes and service your customers. h

As per this customer, this customer was dispatched and delivered, this customer does not know the mechanics of the business, we worked hard to have this vehicle shipped and called driver from the surrounding states we gave back money from our deposit to help him with the increase,
