LIARS! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! I would listen to Riteway, who I unfortunatley did not use as I could not affrod to, but at LEAST THEY WERE HONEST WITH ME! I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO CAN AFFORD THEM! I am CERTAIN that if they do business the way they try to get business that you would be in WONDERFUL HANDS!

I would like to see you try to say that I AM NOT A CUSTOMER OF YOURS or ANY OTHER EXCUESSES YOU USE ON HERE TO DISPUTE YOUR COMPLAINTS! It is ALL HERE IN BLACK AND WHITE! Also pay special attention to the dates of the emails and the p/u date given on the email dated Sept 27th...

Your office called me and did just as the company you stated was “infamous for their negative practices” said you would do. You gave me a quote and then on the last day of your grace period “customer understands that an approximate 3 to 5 day grace period be allowed from the first available pick up date as noted in this form.” Saying you could get it hauled for $200 MORE than your quote DISPITE FULL DISCLOSURE ON MEY END! . The reason you gave was “there are mountains between Yelm, WA and Easley, SC… (DUH!) and that the truck is in-operable (which I disclosed PRIOR to quote) and that it would require a truck with a wench. (Again… DUH!)” These are ALL things you should have considered BEFORE giving me this quote. I have however found someone who WILL do it for the amount you quoted me. Thank you for wasting my time. I EXPECT MY FULL REFUND AS PROMISED IN THE CONTRACT I SIGNED WITHIN THE 5-7 DAY WINDOW. “Notice of cancellation must be emailed only to Jessica@capitoltransportandlogistics.com. THE REFUND CAN TAKE UP TO 5 TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS.”
I EXPECT IT TO BE APPLIED BACK TO MY CARD WITHIN THIS TIME PERIOD. NO EXCUSSES, NO DEBATES, NO CHANCE OF RETRIEVING MY BUSINESS! Be assured that ALL of this will be reported to the proper parties! I suppose that is the thanks I get for recommending you to my son’s mother (EDITED FOR SAFETY)

The company your husband is going with has low balled you. That price they have you at will not ship the truck. I have websites that will show you this. Look up that company at www.transportreviews.com I promise you will not like what you see. We are one of the largest transporters in the country. We ship more vehicles in a week than these companies do in a year. You will end up spending even more money and have a huge headache at the end of everything as well as not getting your car shipped.

Customer may never hold Capitol Transport & Logistics, Corp liable for expenses incurred as the result of any delays, including, but not limited to, any car rental fees incurred by customer. It is strongly recommended that the customer maintain responsible contact with the Carrier and/or Capitol Transport & Logistics, Corp to stay up to date on any schedule changes. All vehicles to be delivered with a balance due must be paid upon delivery by cash, money order or cashier check only (us funds). For all port related orders HI, PR and AK Capitol Transport & Logistics, Corp is not responsible for any delays. Customer is responsible in tracking the vehicle availability and any possible storage fees accrued. Customer should under no circumstances release a vehicle to a carrier without an inspection report. This contract is subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Carrier's straight bill of lading and any liability exclusions therein. Carrier and Customer, or Customer's agent, are both required to verify and sign the initial inspection report. Failure to do so could result in the customer's inability to process a damage claim. I AM SO SORRY ABOUT YOUR TRANSPORT, BUT IN THIS BUSINESS YOU DEAL WITH OTHER BROKERS LIKE, RITE WAY WHICH THEY ARE THE WORST IN WORK ETHICS, THEY CALLED MY CUSTOMERS AND TOLD THEM ALOT OF BS, HORRIBLE COMPANY,HAD TWO COMPANIES WORKING ON THE SAME DEAL
