Used google to find a way to ship my car from Hawaii to Georgia. Received about 10quotes, randomly went with CAT. Received emails and calls from Sarah Gomez who went through the shipping and payment process with me. She sent all necessary documents and kept me updated on the status of my shipment. The coordination between Matson, CAT, and the ground transportation carrier, AMKO, was executed well. I received a call one day prior to the delivery window saying the carrier was in the area and would like to coordinate drop off. When the car arrived, it was a little dirty from transport, but did not suffer any scratches or dents. The AMKO driver actually parked his truck about 5mi away and was driving my car around the neighborhood looking for me - a little strange but understandable since he has a really big truck would be tough to maneuver through a residential neighborhood. I paid him in cash and dropped him off at his truck. Overall experience was very positive, CAT delivered the product requested in a timely professional manner and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
