I was weary about booking a transporter since there were so many to choose from and everyone seemed to say something different. There was also a wide variety of prices among them. I had originally booked transportation services wtih the cheapest one I could find. I stupidly did this without looking at any reviews and I gave them my money without them even doing anything for me. Then I looked at their reviews and freaked out. They had the worst reviews (1 star) and an "F" on BBB. I immediately called them back and asked for a full refund. Admittedly, I never gave them a chance and they did give me a full refund so I can't actually say anything bad about that other company. Bottom line, don't be a fool like me and book the cheapest transporter because you will just worry. Instead, go with one that is reliable and has the best reviews, such as Capitol Auto Transport.

Andy and Dakota at Capitol Auto Transport were were very professional. Although they were more expensive than some others, I had piece of mind with them. I did not have to give them any money until my car was actually picked up. They were able to book a truck to pick up my car from VA the same day I called and they were able to work around my schedule. The car arrived in CA within 6 days and I was charged what I was quoted. The car was in perfect condition with the exception of a few bug splats. I had a great experience with Capitol Auto Transport and would definitely use them again and recommend them to my family and friends.
