Recently shipped a car from Chicago to Fresno and everything went fairly well. Pickup was delayed a day but the delivery was ahead of schedule by 2 days. Received follow-up call from transporter asking how his driver was and also a follow-up from Capitol Auto Transport. Only issue was truckwas too big to navigate side streets for pickup from house so we met the truck a couple of blocks away. Not that big of a deal. Overall very satisfied with result.
