Mickey is absolutely right in SOME of his facts. Both carriers we offered him have bad ratings on the BBB....HOWEVER, both carriers have a 2 year history working with us. They also have fantastic ratings from other brokers who have used their services. We only work with carriers with a minimum 90% rating. I will continue to work with both of these companies as they have always done a good job for my clients. Unfortunately Mickey assumed he would be the 1st customer ever to whom we would assign a knowingly poor quality company and risk our reputation to ship his one vehicle. Mickey never even gave us pick up or delivery information, he declined the options we presented and he told us he would drive the vehicle himself. We're all baffled here as to why we deserve the review. Please read some of the other reviews as they all mention how happy the customer is with the carrier we chose on their behalf.
