this was my first time using a transport and I'm very glad i used Capitol Auto Transport. i really wanted to send my car in an enclosed truck with a lift gate. i was concerned that my car would be too low and could get damaged if i sent it in a regular open transport. the down side to using an enclosed car transport is that its expensive and the quotes i was getting were beyond my budget. well Cat at Capitol Auto Transport walked me through the process and was actually able to find the type of transport i was looking for with in my budget.

She explained how it all works, not only on the phone but also in writing. all of my questions were answered at every stage of the transport. and i can say that the transport itself was everything i expected it to be. the driver kept me informed of the status of where they were and when they were delivering the car. Actually, they were prepared to deliver the car early, unfortunately i had not arrived myself. with out hesitation, Cat and the driver rearranged it so that my car could be delivered at a more convenient date..
Upon arrival, the driver inspected the car with me and was very friendly. all in all everything was in perfect order. now i just wish that my furniture move would have gone as smoothly..
