Good first experience with transporting a car. I researched numerous brokers. Capitol was up front about their credentials and offered independent references (which I checked out). I worked with Sarah, Cat and Andy. All three were courteous and efficient. They located and scheduled a reliable carrier (All Ways Auto Transport LLC) within 24 hours of my order. Pickup and dropoff were on time. My new Mercedes CLK550 arrived clean and traveled in an enclosed carrier. The trucking company dispatcher and truck driver called me along the way to keep me informed of progress. Would recommend Capitol to anyone and will call them again if I ever have to ship a car.
