The service that Andy and Cat provided for me exceeded my expectations! I was very concerned about getting a company that was reliable, clean, and with an excellent record. Andy explained all of the aspects of his brokerage responsiblities. Together, we decided that because I was SO concerned about even the slightest damage happening to the new special edition S550 Mercedes Benz that I had purchased from a dealer in Arlington, Virginia, that I was better off spending a few more dollars foran enclosed truck. I thought that the price Andy quoted me was a very fair price - probably even on the low side - and I signed up with him. Everything Capitol promised would happen did happen right on schedule. I told him the car would be ready for pick up either late Tuesday or any time on Wednesday. Andy contracted with an OUTSTANDING trucking company, DeMoise Trk-ing, and they were FANTASTIC! The car was picked up at the dealer on Tuesday at 3:00 PM and I was told to expect the car by the following Monday. The driver, John Dougherty, called me Saturday morning (two days before the ETA) to say that he expected to get to me between 2:00 and 4:00 that same day. I was thrilled! He phoned me again an hour ahead as I had asked him to and then again just as he was close by. The car was in a clean truck, it was handled with extreme care and did not incur any damage in the journey. I recommend CAPITOL AUTO TRANSPORT and DEMOISE TRK-ING without any reservation. They BOTH gave me FIVE STAR SERVICE!!! If you're concerned about getting your vehicle moved without a hassle, without any "surprise" fees, without any headaches - then call Capitol Auto Transport. I am SO GRATEFUL to both Andy and Cat for making this experience so easy and for their HONESTY and FOLLOW-THROUGH. GREAT JOB!
