I had a couple of really bad experiences with car shipping companies who took my deposit, but never showed up to pick my car, and then never refunded my deposit. So after all that, I finally I got to speak to Mark at Capitol. As soon as my order was taken, within a few days, I was told when the car will be picked up. The Driver Daniel arrived on time and in 10 days my car was delivered again on time. During all this pro,cess, I never had to worry or call anyone to follow-up. Mark kept me updated on everything and Daniel called in advance to let me know when the car was going to get picked up and dropped off, and then showed up on time. So it was all such a hassle free and worry free process, that I am surpsised and happy to know that there are decent and honest people in this business who actually care about their customers and do their job with such integrity and professionalism. I would highly recommend Mark and Capitol Auto.
My car came in an open carrier, so naturally it was dusty. After all, it passed through so may states and a lot of rough weather including snow storms. But despite all that, it was in a great condition. No damage. Nothing stolen. And after a car wash, it was back to looking how it was.
I was actually impressed that despite such rough weather and long distance, I received my car in such good condition and without any delays. So yes..I would higly recomend Mark and Capitol for all those who are looking for a reliable company that can transport their vehicle.
