Mike Dakota at CAT was the only transport broker that was up front about the whole thing! He walked me through checking other company's profiles/ratings with this site and BBB USA. He always answered my calls and even gave me his personal cell phone if I needed anything after hours. Overall experience was excellent!! I'll be using them again in the future.
