Glen was fantastic! This was the first time I have shipped a vehicle and, although, the process of shipping from the US to Panama was nerve wracking, Glen made the shipping from my home to Miami actually pleasant! He was attentive and explained in detail every step of the process. The trucking company he chose was just as efficient, helpful and friendly. I am starting a ground transportation company in Panama on a shoestring with little to no knowledge of any of the processes except the sales and service of the customer at the end but, with Glen's help, I now feel confident that I can do this again and plan on it in the near future.
