This was m y first time shipping a car. Sarah was understanding and quickly answered every question I had. She gave me a better understanding of what was to happen and was very prompt responding to me every time I called. Roberto's crew was on time for pick up. The price was $50 more than the original qoute, but the pick up was the same day as I placed the order with drop off 2 days later so the extra money seemed like a good deal to me. I'm very satisfied overall.
