I had a very small window to move my vehicle from Dayton, OH to Seattle, WA. I called and initially talked to Sara, but ended up working with Cat. I was a little nervous up front because from the time I set up the shipment until I heard from the company was about a week. I wasn't called with a carrier until 2 days prior! Although, I was told up front not to be alarmed if I didn't hear anything until the week of the pick-up. Anyway, Vadem (sp?) with NAO was awesome; he was on time; his truck was immaculate. I wasn't there when the car was delivered, but the only thing negative I have to say is there was oil that had leaked on the car from another car...no big deal. I would definitely use Capital again.
