BUYER BEWARE. This is a plea to all of those people who are considering this company. If you find the price tempting, ask yourself why. Allow my story to answer that question. My girlfriend and I recently moved from Salt Lake City to Atlanta. I didn't want to drive my Escalade because I try to take good care of my car and I did not want to put the miles on the vehicle. For the record I am not a rich person. I worked hard and saved for this car, I always wanted a Cadillac. I love it, and again, it is well taken care of. Back to the move, I needed to have my car shipped and like anybody else I was tempted by the price. I spoke with Cat who explained how there service worked, how they found a carrier, a good one, and that my car would be in good hands. It all sounded fine enough thus I carried on with the other business of moving. From the time my car was picked up the nightmare began. My girlfriend told me the gentleman who picked up my car was insulting and unprofessional, he handed her some crayola looking sketch that was supposed to represent any present dents or dings on my car, thereby releasing him from any future liability. He arrived in Atlanta much sooner than we and dropped the car at a Cadillac dealership. I guess he had pulled this one before because he knew they were not going to just store my vehicle for the sake of storing it so he lied and told them a wanted a large amount of warranty work done. When I got that call I was humiliated. I had to get an oil change I had just gotten a week before just to mend fences. When I picked up my car there were two really deep gashes in the hood. The estimate I received regarding repair cost is close to $700.00. As you can imagine I was furious. I called Cat who sent me on trip after trip to get estimates, take photos, send faxes and emails ad infinitum. To further my rage I was told because of the crayola sketch I mentioned previously I surely already had those and had no claim. This went on, I could go on. Bottom line major damage, no refund, no accountability. This company finds the worst carriers who WILL destroy your car and then, they take no responsibility. You will be out the cost of shipping and the cost of car repair.

This is a GENUINE customer and REAL review. HOWEVER......WHAT JESSE FAILS TO MENTION IS: Jesse reported damage 8 days AFTER the car was delivered. We, as his broker have been working to help him but ultimately how can the carrier take responsibility 8 days after the event? In fact both Cat and I have been bending over backwards to help him, we always answered his calls and if we missed a call we called him back. YES, Jesse was asked to get an estimate for repair, and take photos so we could send them to the carrier, THIS IS US TRYING TO HELP!!! The vehicle inspection report was very thorough which is a good thing. It clearly shows the damage that Jesse tried to blame on the carrier. The carrier `Auto Movers has a 100% rating, 77 positive reviews from brokers who have used their services, ZERO negative reviews. They have valid insurance and an active license. How that is finding `the WORST carrier` to do a job i`ll never know. So, on a personal note i`m slightly hurt that someone could leave such a nasty review after we put in the time and effort to help him. Read our reviews is all i can say, they speak volumes for us AND all 251 are genuine! Cheers, Andy
