This was my first time having to arrange an automobile to be shipped, and needless to say I was initially overwhelmed. In my attempt in making an “educated” decision I contacted four different transport companies. Of all these conversations the only one I felt very comfortable and not rushed was with Dakota at Capitol Auto Transport. He answered every question I had, he offered suggestions that I didn’t think of, and he also gave me the web sites to check out prior reviews on their company, including the Better Business Bureau. In preceding calls I spoke with Cat & Andy who were very helpful as well. We posted my car at a bid of $635 and within 2 days we had a carrier. That carrier fell thru but Cat called the next day and already found another one for me. Once this carrier was locked in all information was given to me over the phone and a detailed confirmation email was sent as well. My car was picked up in Florida the original date that I had posted it to be available and delivered to me in Texas the following morning. I couldn’t have been more pleased with all of my interactions when dealing with anyone at Capitol Auto Transport. I would use them again in an instant and thank them for making my first “vehicle move” experience a good one.
