Mark Feil was very polite in discussing our options. Once we had arrived at a price and time, everything went very smoothly. The car had been left at a car dealers when we picked up our new car. I told the salesman that the car to be transferred would be picked up within three days. The car was picked up the next day with no bothering of the sales personnel. It was delivered to our daughter 6 days later with no incident. The driver was polite and helpful.
